My Bio
My focus here is graphite drawings. Not realism, per se, but as one person said, "believable." I like the description 'believable' because it indicates a somewhat realistic style, without the expectation of insane levels of detail. I do mainly portraits of horses, and try to create the majority of the shape through shading, rather than trying to outline every little shape.
I'm approachable, and don't bite hard, so feel free to ask me anything! Once I get reasonable pictures of my art (or break down and pull it out of my sketchbook to scan it), I'll post samples and open commissions.

What Pencils I Use And Why

I get asked a lot (in real life, not here), which pencils I use and why and "holy shit how can you justify getting a pencil that expensive??!!" so here's my answer to those questions. There are four mechanical pencils that I use on a daily basis (or whenever I draw), and then I also have a set of wooden sketching pencils (which I'd actually like to replace).

This is my favorite pencil out of all of the ones I have. Currently, I only have it in the 0.5 mm size, but I would like to also buy the 0.3 mm and 0.7
